Company History

Project Solutions Co., LLC, was created from the merger of Oak Associates, Inc., Maynard, MA, and Project Solutions, Plymouth, MI., in the fall of 2006. We have also added new location in Petaluma, CA.

"This merger was the next logical step to better serve our customers," said Jeffery Manon, President of Project Solutions, "I believe that the expertise of each company is complemented and enhanced by the capabilities of the others. Oak expands our portfolio of outstanding programs. The new company will be able to provide clients with uniquely flexible solutions, tailored to their consulting and training needs."

Oak's programs were created by Jack Nevison, co-founder of Oak and a former partner of the author of the 1996 edition of The Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide). "Oak will benefit from Project Solutions' strengths in customized course design, as well as its ability to provide high-level consulting and long-term support services," said Mr. Nevison, Executive Vice President of Project Solutions.
